Rambaudi Medium Power

The brand new Rambaudi SARA vertical milling centre features bridge-type configuration with mobile table, manufactured entirely in cast iron structure to ensure high rigidity and accuracy, and highly ergonomic casing for chip and fluid containment with X axis 3200 mm, Y axis 2400 mm, Z axis 900 mmand mobile table 3000x2000 mm. In order to assure the highest levels of milling performance, Sara can be equipped with the Universal indexed milling head (power up to 33 kW and 5000 rpm). Rambaudi Sara can be configured with a wide range of accessories available on demand. This product is strongly aimed at the subcontracting market for the machining of mechanical structures and moulds. Last but not least is the very competitive price.

Sara, bridge-type milling machine with mobile table, is the the result of specific joint development project of the brands Rambaudi-Sanco. The machine is characterized by:

• high torque at low rpm

• high stiffness and accuracy

• heavy duty linear guideways, low friction and silent functioning

- manufactured in steel and Meehanite cast iron - base structures made of high strenght steel dissipating generated heat and absorbing cutting vibrations 

- Meehanite cast iron mobile table 3000x2000mm integrated in X-axis with a loading capacity of up to 10 tons .
