Profi
You will find all positive characteristics of the Assistent also at the CNC layout machine Profi, such as a modular machine concept, the mounted-on roller bearings precision guidance and the high-definition scale system. In conjunction with the high-precision direct drive concept and a powerful measuring machine controller the Profi is a high-power CNC layout measuring machine. The disengage of the power units for a manual use of the machine is possible (option). As the Profi is suitable for workshops it is possible to establish the machine in an environment close to the production. Application areas are e. g. design, automobile industry, supplying industry, tool manufacture, mould construction and jig manufacturing.

Assistent
The Assistent is a manual layout machine with a stable and modular machine concept. The machine is easy to run even with huge measuring ranges, because of the mounted-on roller bearings precision guidance. The high-definition scale system, installed in all axes, always sends the exact measured value and so it contributes significantly to the accuracy of the machine. Because of the ergonomic handling of the Assistent it is ideal to perform the most different measuring tasks. The Assistent solves every measuring assignment, whether equipped with a digital counter for scribing or with a probe system and an evaluation.

MμTos
MµTOS is a premium CNC layout machine. It was designed especially for huge measuring volumes and you can only use it as a CNC machine. Because of the solid machine concept, the mounted-on roller bearings precision guidance, the high-definition scale system and the powerful drive engineering the MµTOS owns a maximum on performance and accuracy. Depending on the design of the Z-axes (height) we can deliver the MµTOS in two guidance widths. That is why we can guarantee the high accuracy in the Y-axes, even with a huge measuring range. A ground level installation with traversable covers enables an optimal accessibility to big measuring objects. The MµTOS can be used in an environment close to the production because of the complete capsuled guide tracks. Application areas are e. g. design, automobile industry, supplying industry, tool manufacture, mould construction and jig manufacturing.
